Shipping

 

Thick Wave accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  In-stock merchandise is usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed. Most items are available to ship within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted. We will send you a confirmation e-mail when all or part of your order is shipped along with the tracking number. 

For order inquiries outside of the U.S., please send us a message with the subject "international" for additional shipping details before placing your order.  

 

 

Returns & Exchanges
 

Thick Wave will accept returns and/or exchanges within seven (7) days of purchase of unused, unwashed, and unworn merchandise. Shipping is non-refundable. Merchandise must be in it’s original condition, including the placement of all merchandise tags and hygienic liner.

For exchanges, new merchandise will be shipped out within three to five ( 3-5) business days of receiving the original purchase.

Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for returns to be processed.

“Final Sale” items such as sample suits and/or suits sold at events are sold “as is” and are excluded from the Thick Wave return policy. Please contact customer service for any questions and instructions with returns and exchanges.
